The literal translation of the term Hatha Yoga is ” the yoga of strength”.
It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) holding longer and Pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Is a path that must be followed with short but steady steps, cultivating patience and respect for oneself and for others, learning, on the way to the interior, awakening of consciousness.
