Playful Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a dynamic and physical form of yoga where we link a set sequence of yoga postures (asanas) with the breath. The practice generates heat and circulation that strengthens, purifies and revitalises the muscles and inner organs. In this playful Ashtanga class we will explore the Primary series which is the first of six series within Ashtanga. The class will be led and modified to fit all levels and the time span (not Mysore style).
