Dukkah

-Just one warning she said, it is addictive. And oh my was she right!

This little delicious helper in the kitchen takes all your meals to a higher level, even if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner.
It’s super easy to make and the usage is endless, why not as a topping on your soup, saladbowls or on your avocado or almondbutter sandwich!
When you blend your own Dukkah, roast the carefully chosen high quality ingredients, the Dukkah brings even more pleasure.
Put the Dukkah in a beautiful glas jar and bring as a gift to a loved one, they will love it!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup (35 gr) pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup (40 gr) sunflower seeds
1/3 cup (40 gr) black sesame seeds
1/4 cup (40 gr) hazelnuts or walnuts
1 cup + 1 tsp coriander seeds
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp black pepper (grain)
3/4 tsp marine salt

  1. Lightly toast the seeds with the hazelnuts or walnuts.
  2. Let them cool.
  3. Grind or chop the spices.
  4. Put everything in a blender and mince it for a few seconds.

The Dukkah must be kept in the fridge in a glass jar.
