By working together in partnership we develop communication and listening to find the space of mutual support and release. Within this practice gravity & loving touch help us let go of fear & pain. As we learn to listen deeply we can use our power in a sustainable way. Partner Yoga is a healing art that teaches the fundamental value of joining and sharing with others. It demonstrates how we become more authentic and empowered through our willingness to open and connect with the world around us. We would like to emphasise that Partner Yoga is not for lovers only – any two or more willing participants- friends, acquaintances, siblings, parents and children, can practice it.
