Qi Gong & Tai Chi

In this ancient Chinese movement exercise we focus on moving “Qi” (which means Energy) with our life force energy and breath. By releasing energy blockages we support the natural flow of energy. We are generating and moving energy in our physical body and creating more peace in our minds. Creating more peace in our minds means to create more presence and awareness in ourselves. Blending exercises from Tai Chi, we focus on to create more awareness of our left (feminine side) and right (masculine side) side of our physical and emotional body. Combined with a walking meditation you will enjoy feeling your unique energy in this peaceful and gentle class.
