Combining the more passive Ying Yoga with and active flow I challenge you to work with your breath to release tentions and energy blockades in your body. You are not only improving your muscular flexibility but also target the more stiff connective tissues to support the circulation through the tissues. Finding your balance is not always easy in this fast moving world.
