Cal Reiet healthy recipes – Granola

Breakfast, dear breakfast!
 A lovely way to start the day is enjoying a nice bowl of granola. And if it’s homemade, the pleasure is even bigger! We’d love for you to kick off every day with a big smile, which is why we’re sharing our granola recipe.

Cal Reiet healthy recipes: Granola (VG/GF)

Ingredients



500 gr oat flakes

350 gr. warm water

100 gr. rice syrup

1 cup of roasted almonds

1 cup of hazelnuts

1 cup of walnuts

1 cup of soaked raisins

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 tablespoon of orange zest



Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Add the liquid ingredients and if you have dehydrator, transfer to a 
dehydrator pan, and dehydrate for 12 hours 50º
If you haven’t dehydrator you can use the oven and bake it for 90 
minutes stirring every 15 minutes till crumble texture.
