Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet: Grilled avocados stuffed with tofu and miso

Who doesn’t love avocado? It’s hard to find someone who does not appreciate its flavour and texture. And if you’re an avocado fan like we are, you’ll love this spectacular recipe, as it mixes everything we love the most: avocados, tofu and miso. Let’s grill some avocados!

 

Ingredients for 4 people

2 large and mature avocados

For the filling:

80 gr Tofu
10 gr White miso
1 tablespoons of tamari
1 spoonful of chopped ginger
1 teaspoon olive oil
20 gr raw beet
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Boil the tofu for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Collect all the ingredients and chop in the processor until you get a pâté. Add salt and pepper for the taste. Cut the avocados in half, grill them for 4 minutes, fill them with the pâté and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley.

*Cal Reiet tip: don’t forget to select your avocados well. It’s important to avoid avocados that have been on flights for too long, as they will contain too much water and lose some of their healthy properties. Try to buy as local as possible!
