In order to fundamentally understand and achieve health, we must not persist in one area. It requires the involvement of all areas that make us human.
For the understanding of common complaints such as fatigue, sleep disorders, burnout, obesity, etc., this requires, for example, the knowledge of mental processes, biochemistry, genetics, the brain-intestinal axis or harmful environmental factors. Areas where research has recently begun and are constantly evolving.
Their interactions are different in each person. So it is necessary to look at each person completely individually in order to best support them to eliminate the causes of discomfort. Thus, diseases and premature aging can be prevented and lasting well-being at all levels can be achieved.
The focus should be on mental balance, proper nutrition, intestinal health, balancing possible biochemical deficiencies (such as vitamins, micronutrients, etc.), relaxation (such as yoga or mindfulness) and fundamental lifestyle changes (exercise, stress prevention, etc.).
My job is to address, regulate, and maintain health in all these areas.
