How often have you said, “I just want to be happy”? And said to someone else, “I just want you to be happy”?

There is a lot of value to pause and explore around what happiness rally is and means? Both as an intention as well as an individual growth.

Happiness is when your life fulfills your needs.
In other words, happiness comes when you feel satisfied and fulfilled. Happiness is a feeling of contentment, and in yogic philosophy santosha is explained as the key gateway to spiritual growth and individual happiness. How does one get there? Is it even possible? What is the path? Or method?

Perfect happiness of enlightenment may be hard to achieve, and even harder to maintain, happiness is not an either /or case. There are nearly limitless degrees of happiness between the bliss of enlightenment and the despair of depression. Most of us fall somewhere between, either becoming more goal-oriented and dissatisfied, or falling into a laissez-faire glorification. Contentment is a practice of balancing attention and surrender, having them equally present in every moment. In this retreat, we will set out on a journey towards individual contentment.

During this retreat we will explore if ancient wisdom and yogic philosophy can inspire us to gain some light on the matter and also adapt our asana practice, breath work and meditation towards attaining sharper focus and awareness. Towards discovery. Discovery of needs, patterns, yearns in search for freedom, grace and joy. It will be a happy quest to say the least!

The techniques we will be using stems over Chakrayoga, Vinyasayoga, Hathayoga, Restorative practices, Pranayama, Ayurveda and meditation.

Every morning starts with a flowing, sweet yoga class followed by a guided meditation. In the afternoon, we will deepen the yoga practice through more tension releasing practice alongside with pranayama.

That’s why we’re inviting you to ReCharge Retreat: a promise of five days of rest, exercise, wonderful vegetarian/vegan food and positivity. Our busy lives can make us step into automatic. We wake up, we do what we have to do, and we carry on like that. Sometimes it is easy to forget to find moments of quietude and rest.
In this retreat we will dive deep into finding ways to connect to our inner center of peace, calm and serenity.

The beautiful Cal Reiet inspires relaxation, it’s as time truly stops and one becomes more aware of the beauty around. Senses become heightened, quiet sets in and a lot of magic can happen.
Each morning will begin with a meditation and breathing exercises that will sooth our minds and prepare the ground for our day. Followed by a Jivamukti Yoga class which will accommodate and extend practitioners of all levels. We will move our bodies to create more ease, release tension and discover new possibilities.
The afternoon classes will cover fundamentals of asana, bandha, pranayama, yoga philosophy and stillness. We will move our bodies in a softer and more restorative way.
This is when we absorb everything we have learned and experienced throughout the day.

Det här är en resa vi gör tillsammans för fjärde gången. Majoriteten av deltagarna är ”returners”.
Det är en lisa för själen att smyga ut varje morgon kl 7 och börja med andningsövningar, yoga och meditation. Vi arbetar lugnt och metodiskt i 2 timmar.
Solen hinner långsamt stiga på himlen. Därefter serveras en helt oemotståndlig brunch.
På eftermiddagen tar dagens Garudaklass vid. Garuda är en kombination av yoga, pilates, tai chi och dans. Rörelserna är skonsamma och flödar. Alla, såväl nybörjare som lite mer erfarna, kan vara med.
På kvällen serveras en oemotståndlig vegetarisk buffé som man enkelt kan anpassa till veganskt innehåll.

Vi kender vist allesammen følelsen af at have lidt for travlt. Vi ved egentlig godt, hvad der nærer os, men så kommer der noget i vejen. Igen. Det kan være svært at få prioriteret sig selv, når kalenderen er fyldt med opgaver og aftaler.

Hvorfor ikke sætte dig selv i kalenderen og tage med til Mallorca?

Når vi halser af sted i fuld fart, så er det svært at mærke, hvordan vi har det. Vi kommer let til at træffe beslutninger, der ikke tjener os på den lange bane.

Derfor er det vigtigt at du af og til sætter dig selv i kalenderen, hvor du unplugger og prioriterer at komme ned i tempo og oplader batterierne.

På retreatet vil du blive guidet igennem skøn Slowflow Yoga, der styrker kroppen og sætter gang i cirkulationen, og Yin Yoga, der afspænder og giver ro i nervesystemet. Vi starter og slutter dagen på meditationspuden. Du får serveret lækker sund mad og får rig mulighed for at nyde de smukke rammer, poolen og landsbyen med markeder og små butikker.
