Lally always had a great interest in how the body functions, anatomy and body alignment. Her passion for sports and movement came early in life when she dedicated several years to Gymnastics. It was later in life where she worked and taught fitness based in strength, movement and mobility at a different wellness centres.
Having completed a (350 hrs) FTT in Fitness and a (200hrs) YTT in Yoga Therapy with Ayurveda approach, she teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Therapy.
She believes very much in the importance of practicing dynamic and slow meditative yoga practices, the way they positively complement each, not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
Lally is fascinated with the body & mind connection and likes to bring Eastern and Western techniques together in her teaching. Her teaching philosophy is pretty much based on developing self-awareness, listening, observing and cultivating positive internal dialogue, staying loyal to the body and the mind. Lally loves to empower her student to keep growing personally, to approach the yoga practice with kindness, humbleness and patience, to apply the yoga qualities on the mat and off the mat.
She is also a holistic therapist trained in several massage and holistic treatments such us traditional Ayurveda Massage and Crystal Healing.
