Years ago I gave up a comfortable life and career in professional consulting. Since then my journey has led me across the globe where I’ve connected with nature, experienced spiritual sites, and learned both ancient and modern healing arts and mind-body disciplines.

I began my yoga teaching career at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Center in Ladakh, India, which is known as the summer home of the Dalai Lama, where I completed a 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training Course. Over the past few years I have been sharing my teachings in India, the United States, and Spain.

My practices and teachings incorporate elements of yoga, ayurveda, breathwork, qigong, bioenergetics, myofascial stretching/ self-release, somatics, and meditation. I receive tremendous benefit from integrating these practices into my life and am grateful for the opportunity to serve others by sharing this knowledge.

As a yoga teacher and mind-body therapist, my goal is to support the release of internal tensions and blockages, unlocking our innate self-healing potential, and living a life filled with vibrancy, health, and joy.
