Starting the class with a short Meditation practice following with an embodied movement class which is a practice that encourages to explore the body’s movement in a mindful way, so every movement matters. It involves various exercises and techniques aimed at enhancing body awareness and improving overall physical coordination, strength, balance and flexibility while integrating minfulness into the routine.
