A physical, dynamic style of yoga in which the various postures, (asanas) flow smoothly into one another. The movements are guided by the breath.
Vinyasa flow is an intense yoga. It strengthens the muscles and promotes endurance, balance, and flexibility.

The essence of meditation at the end of the practice is to quiet the thoughts in the mind.
