Power Vinyasa Flow (outdoor)

Dynamic yoga practice which cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus and coordination. By synchronising breath and movement this class is a powerful and energetic practice which tones the entire body. Expect a vinyasa flow with pauses on arm balances, inversions and exploration through body movement based on strength. Ideally for participant which are familiar with Vinyasa or have a similar practice. The class includes guided pranayama and final relaxation.
