This is a restorative yoga class where props are used to support yoga poses, through gentle stretches and holding poses for longer, this practice relaxes the nervous system, it releases emotional, physical and mental tension and it is a session dedicated to introspection and grounding. Expect a guided meditation, restorative asanas (yoga poses) and plenty of relaxation. This is a session with the focused to bring body, mind and soul into balance, expect to feel rejuvenated and at peace.
