Our Hatha Flow class is taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic and relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – Pranayama (breath), Meditation and Asanas (postures) – while challenging your co-ordination through movement. It strengthen the Body, calms the mind and is opening the heart.
