Slow Hatha Flow (outdoor)

A gentle class focusing on flowing mindfully from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. Enjoy building up strength and balance. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow Hatha Flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, emotions and spirit. Slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply are the keys. Slow Flow is a path that is cultivating patience and respect for oneself and for others.
