Summer Yoga Academy
Sunday, 18th August from 18:00 to 19:15
With the tools of Hatha and Vinyasa flow we will center the body and the mind. We will work on strength, increase stamina, work on alignment, flexibility and use the breath to mobilize energy and balance our system. Petra teaches with great passion, empathy and joy what she herself has experienced towards greater health and happiness. In the morning it will be Asana based. In the afternoon classes we will play with restorative yoga, meditation and Pranayama.
