YIN Yoga Intensive - EARTH (indoor)

Immerse yourself in the female passive form of yoga for two hours. Let your body come into silence to be there with yourself. In Yin Yoga, asanas (body exercises) are performed while sitting or lying down and are kept longer. Therefore, these affect the deeper layers in us. Inspired by founder Paul Grilley, YIN YOGA works on the organ meridian system of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). The earth is the child of the fire, after a summer with lots of activities, it becomes quiet again in the late summer, which corresponds to the Earth’s transformation phase. The yang is weakening again, the yin is allowed to unfold. It is the time when the fruits are harvested to be nourished. The stomach is responsible for receiving and processing the food, the stomach is called the Yang root of the middle, whereas the spleen is the Yin root of the middle. YIN brings peace and energy and has a profound healing quality.
