Vinyasa Flow Yoga (indoor)

“Flowing with the Breath” – Medium paced dynamic yoga practice which emphasis on synchronising movement and breath. A mediation in motion which creates a deeper absorption of awareness and unfolds the body/mind connection. A session focused on developing body awareness, strength, coordination, flexibility and release physical tension. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome. The class includes guided pranayama and final relaxation.
