In this class you will be guided through both active and passive postures held for longer periods of time. This class, which is inspired by Yin Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release, is designed to rebalance the nervous system, release muscular and fascial tension, and free bioenergy. As a result, you can experience increased energy levels, improved bodily functioning, profound states of relaxation, and greater physical, mental, and emotional balance. *********** In order to provide highest safety to our guests, please bring your own Yoga mat for this class.
