This class is a journey into the pure sensation of the body. Balancing activating yang movements with passive yin postures, this class is designed to activate, ground, and circulate internal energy and support you to become more familiar with yourself by developing greater awareness of the physical felt sense. Through this enhanced body awareness, you will become more familiar with internal blockages and gain the ability to release them. The main goals for this class are to increase vitality, release blockages, create greater fluidity, and experience profound states of peace and relaxation.
