Detailed Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (Philosophy & Practice) Workshop

This workshop is an opportunity for all levels of Yoga Practitioners to understand the traditional approach of the powerful and transformative system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. You will learn the key elements of the practice and the meaning behind The Eight Limbs Of Yoga during the Philosophy session. Then you shall be applying what you’ve learnt in an energising and dynamic Asana session led by Nabs followed by a healing Shavasana and music from his new Album “Rainbow Man”.
