Join Nabs on this detailed and explanatory workshop as he guides you through the traditional methods of Pranayama (Breath Regulation) from his Pranayama lineage “Kaivalyananda”. This workshop offers a wonderful opportunity for you learn this ancient and authentic practice as it has been taught thousands of years ago. Pranayama is a gentle seated practice that works on the subtle energetic body known as the Spiritual Body. The practice will clear the pollution within the meridians, the little rivers that covers the entire human body known as Nadis in Sanskrit. Nabs will conclude the workshop by a nourishing Chakra meditation for a full Yogic experience.
