This session can in its shortest version be described as a journey to wholeness. It starts with an extraction of old and stuck energy from your light body. Improving the natural energy flow in the body will help you feel stronger, lighter, more balanced, and available for life. It is followed by a soul retrieval. The intention is to return portions of the soul that may have moved away through dissociation due to trauma or overwhelming and stressful situations in your life. During a session many deeply rooted energies can shift, and the integration process can continue for days, weeks and months.
