The Ayurveda Udvartana massage is an ancient treatment of Indian origin, which uses powdered medicinal plants and dry spices that are rubbed vigorously on the whole body (like a peeling). The special preparation has a depurative, reducing, draining and exfoliating effect. This treatment is not only a beauty treatment,
but also excellent for detoxification, health and well-being in general. It ends with a 15 minutes sauna session where the heat will help the plant to penetrate deeply into the skin.
