HEART, BODY AND SOUL WITH FRIDA
Frida has always considered health and exercise as a lifestyle, not a quick fix. She believes that the body works best when it’s treated as one unit. During this retreat we will encourage you to recognize that everything is connected; body, mind and soul. And help you to embrace the primary components of Frida’s holistic training philosophy; physical activity, clean food and to get to know yourself and your own body. There will be morning and evening yoga sessions and mindful practices plus a few surprises to get the pulse racing. What you do today paves way for your growth tomorrow.
Complementing Frida is experienced running coach Charlotte Holmquist. You can enjoy a sweaty interval session, have the possibility to improve your running technique and learn how to avoid injury through smart rest and recovery tips. Plus you can even explore the island a little bit on one of her running tours to a secret beach.
