Our busy lives can make us step into automatic. We wake up, we do what we have to do, and we carry on like that. Sometimes it is easy to forget to find moments of quietude and rest.
In this retreat we will dive deep into finding ways to connect to our inner center of peace, calm and serenity.
The beautiful Cal Reiet inspires relaxation, it’s as time truly stops and one becomes more aware of the beauty around. Senses become heightened, quiet sets in and a lot of magic can happen.
Each morning will begin with a meditation and breathing exercises that will sooth our minds and prepare the ground for our day. Followed by a Jivamukti Yoga class which will accommodate and extend practitioners of all levels. We will move our bodies to create more ease, release tension and discover new possibilities.
The afternoon classes will cover fundamentals of asana, bandha, pranayama, yoga philosophy and stillness. We will move our bodies in a softer and more restorative way.
This is when we absorb everything we have learned and experienced throughout the day.
