Cal Reiet’s healthy recipes – Chia pudding with coconut milk

Uniting the fabulous nutritional properties of chia seeds to the flavor and creaminess of coconut milk in such a special dessert is a winning bet. The raw marmalade of fresh fruit adds a very special touch and makes this recipe unique. Enjoy it both for dessert and for breakfast!

Ingredients:

400ml of canned coconut milk

4 or 5 tbsp of chia seeds

4 tbsp of redberries raw jam

4 slices of banana

 

Preparation:

Put the chia seeds in a tall bowl, a jug for example. Add the coconut milk and mix well with a manual rod. Let it in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Prepare the raw jam of redberries in the blender. You will only have to blend the fruit at high speed. It does not need cooking.

Put a spoonful of marmalade at the base of each glass. Mix the milk and chia by hand until the mixture is homogeneous and distribute it among the 4 glasses. Decorate with the banana slice.

You can leave it in the fridge until the moment you serve it.
