Cal Reiet’s healthy recipes – seed bread

At Cal Reiet’s Table we like to have breakfast calmly, enjoying every minute (and bite) of it and that is why we love to add some special dedication to preparing all kinds of healthy and flavourful options for all of you who have breakfast with us.

Today we are going to share one of the best-kept secrets of our plant-based restaurant: the seed bread that you like so much. Here is this must-have recipe!


150g sunflower seeds
60g ground flax seeds
40 g chia seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
100g rolled oats
30 g psyllium
7g salt

(You can add nuts if you want)

35g coconut oil
1-teaspoon agave syrup
20g tahini
300g water


Mix the dry ingredients and put them aside. Mix the liquid ingredients and add these to the dry ones. Once they are mixed well, put it all a baking tin and put it in the oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes.
