Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet: crackers & spreads

Today we are happy to share a special recipe for you to make dehydrated crackers and two different spreads and have a quick bite. A perfect option for those mid-morning/afternoon cravings!

Campaña spread

150 gr. sundried tomatoes
100 ml water
200 gr. cashew nuts soaked in water for 2h
1 garlic
1 tbsp dry or fresh basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp Majorcan sweet paprika
½ tsp cayenne
1 tsp anis seed
1 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp smoke powder
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Blend all the ingredients until you get a spread consistency.

Tapenade

1 cup of drained pitted green olives
2 cups of drained pitted black olives
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 tsp black pepper

Blend all the ingredients until you get a spread consistency.

Crackers

800 gr. almond
1 medium onion
1/4 cup rosmarine
2 medium zuchinni
1 cup of water
2 tablespoon of psyllium
Blend all the ingredients and dehydrate 24 hours 45ºc
