Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet – Red fruit gazpacho

Ingredients : 

1 kg of ripe tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

1 cucumber

1/2 red onion

1/2 kg of red fruits

120ml olive oil

0.80 ml sherry vinegar

1 liter of water

50 ml of agave sirup

Season with salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash all products well.

Process all the ingredients.

Pass everything through the strainer (once it has been blended).

Add a little olive oil and Sherry.

After cooling, carefully remove the seeds with your fingers.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and plate.
