Ingredients :

300 grams of watermelon
5 grams of sesame oil
50 g of soy sauce
1-2 g chilli flakes
2 gr of nori seaweed powder
30 grams of olive oil

Preparation:

Cut the watermelon into thin pieces (see photos).

Mix the watermelon with sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli flakes, nori seaweed powder and oil. Once mixed, let it sit in the fridge for 12 hours.

After that time, take the mixture out of the fridge and bake at 160ºC for 1-1.5 hours (check after 1 hour and if necessary, bake for another 30 minutes).

For the dressing, use garlic, chilli and soy sauce to increase the flavour. Then reduce the sauce for the sashimi.

Once the watermelon is well cooked, it will look similar to raw tuna.

After cooling, carefully remove the seeds with your fingers.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and plate.

Enjoy!
