Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet – White chocolate butter cookies

Ingredients

225 g butter, room temperature
75 g powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
240 g flour
170 g white chocolate chips

Preparation

With an electric mixer beat the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add flour, salt and the white chocolate chips and mix just until it comes together.
Form into a log then wrap tightly in plastic and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take the dough out of the fridge then using a sharp knife cut the log into slices.

Preheat your oven to 170 celsius degrees.

Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake them for about 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness.
