Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet: Golden milk

A treat for your early mornings or your afternoon snacks: today you’ll learn to do your own golden milk!

Ingredients

500 ml creamy coconut milk
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon chopped fresh turmeric (dry it’s ok)
1 cardamom (seeds only, no skin)
2 tablespoon of rice malt
½ teaspoon grounded cinnamon
¼ teaspoon grounded black pepper

Blend all the ingredients and serve fresh in summer and warm in winter!

Coconut foam

250 ml extra creamy coconut milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon of rice malt

Freeze the coconut milk during 12 hours. Separate the fat from the water. Wisk the fat well until you get a foam. Put it on your golden milk and enjoy!
