Healthy recipes by Cal Reiet: Açai Bowl
Ingredients
For the ‘nice cream’
100gr frozen açai
100gr frozen banana
½ cup of vegetal milk (coconut, rice…)
1 hint of vanilla
For the toppings
1 tablespoon of granola
1 kiwi in cubes
1 sliced banana
1 tablespoon of toasted almonds
1 teaspoon of coconut in sheets
Preparation
For the açai, put all the ingredients in the food processor and mix them until you get a creamy consistency.
Then just pour the açai cream in a bowl and decorate with the topping.
Ready to enjoy!
