Nicole is an experienced RYT 500+ vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher, who has trained in Goa, India. According to Nicole, yoga does not only help with achieving a positive body awareness and to build more strength, flexibility and endurance, but also to focus, master challenges, slow down our thoughts and thus live life more mindfully and consciously.

Since this year Nicole started following her path as a sound healing therapist. She loves listening to healing frequencies and feeling its positive impact on body and mind.

Before yoga became her deeper passion, Nicole trained Muay Thai intensely and functional training, until she recognized the importance of yoga to truly slow down and balance her body and mind. Although having a lot of expertise in her field, Nicole loves remaining a student on her yoga path, a “path of life” which she shares with all her passion and heart.
