Join Ana Pernas for a six-day Pilates and Yoga retreat.
The retreat includes three daily sessions of Meditation, Pilates and Yoga, as well as three workshops on Breathing, Pilates & Meridians I, Pilates & Meridians II.
Nourishing and healthy vegetarian meals are provided (Breakfast and dinner, in the hotel).
Accommodations are available in single or double rooms. Optional activities such as biking and jogging are possible.
Shared transfers from Palma de Mallorca Airport to the hotel are available for groups of six or more.
The schedule is flexible for participants to attend at their convenience.
It will be held in English.
