This immersion is designed for those who wish to deepen their practice, understand their body-mind constitution, and integrate Yoga and Ayurveda into daily life.
Over five days you will explore Asana, pranayama, and meditation for clarity, vitality, and steadiness. You will dive into your Dosha and elemental balance to understand how these influence your physical and mental patterns. You will engage in daily Ayurvedic routines and learn lifestyle tools for long-term wellbeing. You will study how to recognize your constitution (Prakriti) and imbalances (Vikriti), and how to choose supportive practices. You will be introduced to traditional cleansing techniques (Kriyas) such as Jala Neti and Trataka. Finally, you will learn how to build a sustainable home routine rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda principles.
