Ariane has been working in different international fitness studios with Aerobic, Jazz Dance, Step, Shape and Pilates courses. She did her Yoga Vinyasa Flow teacher training in Berlin. Her style is fluent, powerful and challenging. Ariane loves to give her participants a new feeling of their body and to inspire their mind to become more open and free.
Gyanmitra
Gyanmitra Saraswati is our guest yoga teacher from Goa, India. He is trained mainly at the Bihar School of Yoga and other reputed yoga institutions like sVYASA In Bangalore. Gyanmitra has been involved in learning and teaching Satyananda Yoga for the past fifteen years, conducting programmes and workshops in Europe and the Middle East.
Kristine
Kristine is our Personal Trainer. Some of her certifications are in “Nutritional Advice” and “Medical Fitness”, specialized in working on misbalances, strengthen or rebuild muscles after rehabilitation, or to keep you simply active and fit, preventing injuries. All training sessions are tailor made according your needs.
Marco
Marco has been connected to sports and their meditative aspects his whole life. He has studied different healing modalities in Asia, Europe and USA. Connecting people again to themselves and to their natural environment is his Life Mission. Marco is a Holistic Health Professional, a Bodyworker & Yoga Teacher, offering classes, workshops and immersions around the globe.
Oliver
Oliver fell in love with yoga when he moved to America in 2001. He realized that using one’s body can transform the mind. He loves all forms of yoga but found his home after a profound experience in kundalini yoga. He completed his teacher training with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga Los Angeles in 2008 and had the privilege to start teaching right away.
Yamuna
Yamuna Devi grew up in a Yogi family with an Indian father and an English mother. Her Mother is also a Yoga teacher and spent many years in India with Yogic philosophy and principles. Yamuna has studied the beauty of Yoga, Dance & Healing Arts for most of her life. Her soft and gentle approach will guide you through your practice so that you can flow with love, devotion and surrender.
