Green and white asparagus salad with hibiscus vinaigrette and mustard
Ingredients
35g sliced green asparagus
25g sliced white asparagus
65g salad
15g mango (cut into small cubes)
10g red pitaya (cut into small cubes)
10g fresh rocket
15 g sliced pear
25 g hibiscus and mustard vinaigrette
Preparation
Slice the asparagus and pear with a potato peeler. Cut the pitaya and mango into very small cubes. Mix and add dressing. Ready to enjoy!
