REAWAKENING THE JOY IN BEING YOU
Madeleine Rothschild
Reawakening the Joy in Being You, led by Madeleine Rothschild, is a thoughtfully designed four-day yoga and wellbeing retreat. The retreat brings together twice-daily yoga, guided walks in nature, nourishing cuisine, holistic therapies, and gentle ceremonial experiences, brought together to support relaxation, ease, and renewed vitality. Rooted in Madeleine’s Body Intelligent Yoga approach, the programme blends accessible vinyasa and yin practices to energise, restore, and release tension in both body and mind.
Beyond the yoga, days unfold at an unhurried pace with guided walks through the Mondrago National Park, along the coast, time to relax by the pool, explore the local town and market, and enjoy the peaceful grounds. Guests are invited to take part in a cacao ceremony, fire ceremony, and soothing sound bath. A one-hour holistic massage and a hands-on paella cookery class are included. Evenings include shared dining, live music, and time to unwind, with every detail curated so you can slow down, feel genuinely cared for, and reconnect with yourself. Because you deserve it.
