Surrounded by gardens and Mediterranean architecture, the restaurant offers seasonal, plant-based cuisine inspired by the principles of the Ayurvedic sattvic diet. In this idyllic setting, health, beauty, and wellbeing can be enjoyed in every bite.
Many of our ingredients come from our own garden and from small local producers who share our respect for organic, sustainable, and seasonal food. Every meal is created to feel generous, nourishing, and deeply connected to the natural rhythm of Mallorca.

There is no fixed menu to choose from, and no list of dishes to study before you arrive. Instead,
we create a surprise vegetarian degustation that changes with the seasons, the local produce, and
whatever inspires our kitchen that day.
Our cooking begins with the ingredients. Fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, grains and other
seasonal produce guide the experience, with a focus on natural flavors, thoughtful combinations
and the abundance of Mallorca.
Some dishes may be familiar in spirit, others unexpected. The experience is designed to create
curiosity, and to taste ingredients in ways you may not have anticipated.
We will always take your dietary requirements and allergies into consideration.
