Today we’re making an easy, fresh and delicious Fennel salad with oranges from Sóller, sliced pear, Kalamata olives and a spectacular lavender and caper dressing!
Ingredients:
10 oranges
3 fennel bulbs
5 sliced pears
100 grams of Kalamata olives
40 grams of capers
300 grams of mixed lettuce
70 ml of raspberry vinegar
125 ml extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Ingredients for the vinaigrette
75 ml apple cider vinegar
5 drops of lavender flavouring
Salt Pepper
Preparation:
Slice the fennel, peal the orange and separate the orange segments, mix the rest of ingredients and add the dressing.
