This weekend retreat is your moment to reconnect with yourself and calm your mind! Mindful Yoga in the morning, followed by a nourishing brunch. During the day there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy this magical hotel – or just do nothing… Stay by the pool; sip smoothies or book treatments in the Spa. We meet again in the late afternoon, for a second Mindful Yoga class, now followed by a delicious dinner. The dinner is prepared for us by one of Mallorca’s best cooks. You will love it! We end the day together in an evening meditation practice.
