My Name is Shivanter Singh and I am the food influencer at Cal Reiet, otherwise known as the chef. I have been in the food industry for most of my life, with the last 30 plus years devoted to holistic healing, using food as medicine. I came to Cal Reiet through an experience that Petra and Henning came to in Chile, they experienced my food and asked me if I would consider coming for a few weeks to consult with the existing kitchen team at Cal Reiet. The desire with inviting me was to incorporate more innovative plant based cuisine into the already existing menu. That was over a year ago, the two weeks turned into a much larger relationship, I enjoy Cal Reiet for many reasons:
1. To be in a luxury environment with the focus on plant based cuisine.
2. To be in a such an amazing region of Mallorca.
3. To have the opportunity to serve all who come to Cal Reiet, along with guests having a chance to recognize wellness can be an incredible, joyous experience.
