We’re ready to give you another of our delicious, easy & healthy recipes. Directly from the kitchen of Cal Reiet to your table! This time we’re sharing our seasonal fruit cobler, that can be made with apple, pear, nectarine, peach and other fruits you can think of!
Seasonal fruit cobbler for 4 pax
Fruit Ingredients
4 medium nectarine in 1 cm dices
1 pinch marine salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Crumble ingredients
50g oats
15g moscovado sugar
2 pinches of vanilla powder
2 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoon hot water
Preparation
In a pot, cook all the fruit ingredients until the fruit is soft.
Reserve them in a small oven containers.
For the crumble mix well all the ingredients and cover every fruit
container.
Bake them 180º for a 35 minutes.
Serve it warm! this cobbler is amazing with your favorite vanilla or
cardamom ice cream. Enjoy!
